PlexKodiConnect: Direct Path with Multiple Volumes?

Hello,

my PMS running on MacMini and the Files are stored on 2 external HDD’s in different folders for “Movie” and “Movie-Kids”

I’ll use (Native) Direct Path in Kodi for faster Playing and to prevent the SleepMode from MacMini.

So, is It possible to use Direct Path with multiple volumes (for Movie’s) in KodiPlexConnect?

example:

my path from Kodi to mac is “smb://mac-mini-c2/media I”
in Plex-Libary (PMS): “/Volumes/Media I”
if I change the path to “smb://mac-mini-c2/media I” PMS will not found media…

has u an idea???

yes! From Kodi - SMB-Share- to Mac. No Problem…

Then please ask in the Plex Media Server for Mac subsection of this forum, why you cannot access folders on SMB paths lying on the same machine
