Hi, two issues i’m hoping you can help with.
After successfully getting Win smb shares right and configuring UNC paths for the libraries.. all is well in Kodi (native mode).
However, I’ve noticed in Plex, thumbnails for extras are no longer being generated.. or randomly, with some movies getting thumbnails on extras and others being blank, with just the plex arrow. Is this a normal side-effect from configuring the paths this way or do i have some other issue there?

Secondly, My Kodi install on the AFTV2 has been thwarted and or blocked recently.. launching Kodi it closes immediately. A re-install fixes it temporarily, only to have the same issue days later. Is this an amazon blocking issue? I’m trying to determine why it keeps quitting. If it’s due to new Amazon blacklisting.. I’d like to verify that and then would be looking for suggestions of replacement boxes that would run Kodi without issue. Any insight appreciated… thx

Could you post a Screenshot for your first issue?

I have no idea about your second issue, unfortunately.

I traced the Kodi quitting/not starting to an issue with it being installed on an external SD card. I found by ejecting and re-inserting the card, Kodi would finally launch.

As for the other issue in Plex, here’s a screenshot.
it’s been this way with a majority of my extras in Plex since migrating the library paths for native mode.
I’ve attempted the Plex dance several times with no result. It’s not a huge deal. just an annoyance

The missing art for extras issue is completely unrelated to PKC. PKC only syncs the trailer, anyway ;-). Plus you posted a screenshot of the Plex Media Server, not Kodi/PKC. I’d ask in a Plex Media Server section of this forum if you’re still seeking help.

Yes, i understand. I mentioned that this was in Plex. i just thought this might be a common issue related to the way paths were configured for native PKC. it is outside the scope here though, thx sorry to bug.
