Open Plex Websockets for Non-Admin

A Plex Media Server’s websocket interface/API only works for the server’s administrator user. Managed users are not allowed to open a websocket connection. This prevents PlexKodiConnect from instantly updating the play-state/resume-point of a half-played video for all managed users.
