Hi, same… I did a full db reset (but keep PKC settings), then after resync content, I can still see the content of some library that in the in progress / recently added, while there do not appear in Plex web (same user as PKC).

im a little confused, when setting up direct paths. do i need to input the original path as well as the replacement path for option 1?
and if so, how do i find the original path?
Can’t get logs yet but anything after 2.5.13 doesn’t work on LibreELEC 8.95.2 for anyone wondering including the latest 2.5.15.
I was wondering if anyone has seen this or knows why it’s happening. If I play a TV show episode from an episode widget (ex. Recently added episodes) by clicking on the episode it will not show up in the Plex dashboard as playing. If I play the episode by long pressing on the episode and selecting play, it shows active in the Plex dashboard. If I go into the TV show library and play an episode it shows active in the Plex dashboard.
I do not have this problem with any of the movie widgets.
This problem exists on multiple versions oh Kodi 18, as well as with PKC stable and beta. I am currently running Kodi 18 rc5.2 and PKC 2.5.16.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, I’ve been getting frequent crashes lately, and near constant syncing of my library. Over the last couple of days I have reset the database 2 or 3 times, and I always shut down kodi properly, unless it crashes and gets stuck. Also recently I’ve been having an issue where trying to ff or rew a video while it’s playing will kill playback, and I can’t play anything until I restart kodi. I’m on a shield using kodi 17.6 and PKC 2.4.11.

After investigating, it was because PKC was using my main plex users (access to all libraries), I’m not sure how this happened as I always use PKC with another plex user. I switched users and it’s now of course back on track.

I run through your problems posted here about once a week. I’m not sure why everyone is having so much trouble but my setup works flawless.
Server- Windows 10 running Plex MS
Clients- Raspberry Pi 3B running LibreELEC/Kodi 17.6 and PKC 2.4.11

You only see problems in this thread because its for support issues. Most people don’t post just to say everything is working great unless its in reply to a fixed issue. My setup has been working as well, PKC is a great add-on and its only getting better because people post their errors and debug logs. It does look bad because all you see are “bad reviews” but this is not the same as amazon “bad reviews”.
It is odd that some people have problems and others don’t but thats the fun with software development. Bugs come out of the woodwork.
PlexKodiConnect is not your issue. Your Kodi installation is a mess, really. Please try with a clean/fresh Kodi installation. I would highly recommend to get Kodi from www.kodi.tv/download.

I have seen those exception errors in the log since the last time I started fresh about a month ago, and I have no idea why those addon names show up because I’ve never had them installed, or those repos. I thought I’d ask here because my logs are usually full of PKC constantly removing and re-adding items. Something else must be doing it.
Thanks for looking at the log, I appreciate it. I’ll try to find out what is causing the mess and do another clean install.
Feature Request:
The ability to disable the syncing of certain libraries.
I have a couple of trakt based libraries that update regularly (think #trending tv, #trending movies)
They are just for my friends and not for myself. I have no use for them when using PKC myself.
Any chance of this being possible?
Maybe create a user just for kodi and limit the libraries on that user?
I’d rather use my own user with all its prexisting watch statuses etc. 
I bought Plex years ago but have since used Kodi due to the fact that I require my media to be played through a 3rd party player (Zoomplayer). The reason for this is I use zoomplayer’s scene cut editor. I recently discovered the official Plex add-on for Kodi and love it, it even launches zoomplayer since the Kodi settings govern that. Unfortunately zoomplayer sees it as a media stream instead of the actual (local) video file. This prevents it from using the cut file which is why I use zoomplayer. Your add-on can pass the direct name to zoomplayer (I have installed and tested it), but it doesn’t override the official plex add-on, which continues to send the video as a stream. Is there a way to use your add-on to force the offical plex add-on to send the actual file name to zoomplayer? Or a different solution? Thanks!

PKC will never mess with the official Plex for Kodi add on. But the solution is very simple - only use PKC, drop Plex for Kodi

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the Plex add-on is beautiful and every other kodi skin is terrible in comparison, imo.

Does stable branch i.e. 2.4.11 work with LibreELEC 8.95.2 (Leia RC4)?
No, it is not working anymore, but it worked before with the Alpha versions.
I switched back to Plex for Kodi and wait for a working stable version.

Hi can anybody confirm whether it is an issue with PKC or Kodi , the fact that PKC won’t work on Leia18 ?
just crashes when attempting to connect to server ? , tried on multiple platforms but no joy, am having to revert to the default “plex” addon atm .
