/tmp/plexinstaller.log pleaseI am having a hard time to get my Ubuntu Linux server to see subfolders. I have tried numerous tips and tricks from EVERYWHERE over the past 4 months( after one update, it stopped working). I have checked the permissions on the drive, given my account root access and even logged in as root and it still doesn’t worked. I have even reimaged the server with different versions of Linux…no luck.
Hardware is HP StorageWorks x1800 G2 with an attached storage HP StorageWorks 22TB. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated…
You’re not giving us enough to go on.
Above you, I requested logs. Can you provide them?
Can you tell where your media is mounted?
Can you tell whether your media is local or network?
