I installed PlexMediaServer-1.19.4.2935-79e214ead-x86_64 on June 14, 2020, and it ran and functioned for a few days… Synology Server is still up & running & reports “Healthy”. It is the latest non-Beta version of DSM.
I lost the ability to connect to the Plex Server sometime yesterday. Could not connect locally or remotely. Finally stopped the Plex Server on Synology and then restarted Plex Server. Everything is working as expected now. Plex Server did not crash, and still reported as “Running” on my Synology NAS, before I stopped the process and restarted it. I suspect some type of bug in PlexMediaServer-1.19.4.2935-79e214ead-x86_64.
