PlexPass downloads without external Subs

Hi!
My external subs are going great until I try to watch my downloaded/synced tv shows.
I know I named it right because it is working when i am streaming episodes.
After download I can choose my external subs, but it is not working.

I really need this subs on my downloaded media.
What is wrong?

I have PlexPass
Server Version#:1.20.1.3213
Player Version#: 1.17.0.1376-439f8b7f
