PlexPass Lifetime: Free apps?

I am thinking about getting a Lifetime PlexPass subscription.

I have been using the free version for a long time, and I have been happy with it.

What I really want to start using is the Mobile and Windows Apps.

As I understand it, with the Lifetime Subscription, I will get free apps for all of my devices, is that correct?

If such is the case, this would save me a lot of money, since I have several devices I would like to use these on.

Yes, a plex pass holder can use all the ‘paid’ apps, as long as the plex app on a device is signed into a plex.tv account which has a Plex Pass attached to it.
