plexpass no extras?

I have a plexpass but see no extras on my AppleTV 4.
everything is the same as without plexpass

If you just signed up for the Plex Pass, you need to refresh your libraries so it will pull in the extras info.

I have refresh the libraries but no changes in the music library. I’m going to delete and re-add the library…

Also check the library settings. Edit the library, go to the advanced tab and scroll down a bit. Look for “Find trailers and extras automatically (Plex Pass required)” and make sure it is also enabled.

Edit - The feature to obtain the extras is part of the Plex Movie Agent, if you use TheMovieDB, make sure that the Plex Agent is also enabled below TheMovieDB and that the setting is enabled for it.
