PlexPass user, video history not recording since 04-Feb

Server Version#. 1.32.8.7639:
Player Version#: 4.123.2

On the dashboard, I can see when people are watching movies/shows.
When I look at the play history for all users, last 7 or 30 days or whatever. No viewing older than 04-Feb is visible (it’s 11-Feb as I write this). Might be that my one month plex pass expired, and then I bought a lifetime pass (Plex is awesome!) and that has caused a hiccup, but can’t seem to find how to reset/fix it etc. I’ve tried rebooting the server, logging out on the server etc.

Tips & a solution welcome.
