You could collect debug logs from the PMS after triggering the issue. Maybe it helps the Plex team to identify the culprit in the 404ing endpoint. Thanks!

well a rollback is nothing other than stopping the pms service, downloading the (older) target deb file and installing it with dpkg -i and starting up pms service again. just in case anyone needs this useful piece of information on how to “rollback” pms.

@Sam_AU Looks like a Syno? Normal “Syno” rollback is: Uninstall the higher numbered version (“Uninstall Only” - KEEP on DSM 7) Install the lower numbered version (Syno is strict on version control)
