Hey everyone, I’m running Plex Media Player in Windows 7 and have linked my Tidal account. When I try to play a song from Tidal in Plex Media Player, it crashes PMP. I’ve tried in Windows 7 on three different computers and all have the same issue. It does seem to work properly on my Window 10 machine, though.
Anyone able to get Tidal and PMP to work in Windows 7?
Any ideas on how to fix it?

@cjwessing I, too have been having issues in relation to PMP in Windows 7. Check out PMPHelper.exe causing high ping, timeout, packet loss with Plex Media Player for Windows - see Video for the issue that I have been experiencing. Believe others have also expressed problems over the last while with this issue causing Windows crashes. Not sure, though, this is your issue. Hope this helps if only slightly.
