When Looking at user activity and doing anything like Refreshing the page, or opening a new Plex tab or anything related to that this is what happens.
The actual user activity doubles
lets say it says 2 people watching
2 turns to 4. then when you hover over it, it says 2 dashboard and then a line and underneath a second 2 dashboard
if you try to click on either of the 2 options, you get kicked out.
a new page pops up says “server undefined”
no soup for you you do not have access to this server
Plex Web Server + Plex Web goes away
Leaving only the options for Plex Web with removal of all the Server options.
NOTHING FIXES THIS EXCEPT FOR SIGNING OUT AND THEN BACK IN

I was using a mix of plex.tv and Dynamic DNS "HTTPS://anythinggoeshere.com:32400/web/index.html#
This has worked for the last 5 years. All of the sudden neither of these combinations worked anymore.
I did figure out on my own though that app.plex.tv did work and so I started using that and all is back to normal
