PMS 1.15.8.11198 permission issue on QNAP TVS 471

Huh…

You now have two files named com.plexapp.plugins.library.db ?

Try this:

  1. Power down PMS
  2. Make a copy of the following files:
    com.plexapp.plugins.library.db, com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-shm, com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-wal
  3. Move the backup files away from PMS folder structure
  4. Delete the original 3 files
  5. Make a copy of the file named: com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-2018-09-02
  6. Rename that copy to com.plexapp.plugins.library.db
  7. start PMS again

And note, that for some reason, your backup is very old!
(Normally, a backup is made every 3 days)
Verify afterwards, that your scheduled job for backups is enabled!
