PMS and high CPU usage

Has anyone else had an issue with high CPU usage with the Plex Media Server?? I am using PMS version 1.23.2.4656 and my CPU usage is always very high. I checked it with the resource monitor tab in the NAS desktop and it consistently reads at about 90-100%.

I know that the version of PMS is not the latest but, honestly, I am a bit reluctant to update it since the last time I updated it took me several days to get the PMS back to where it had been. BTW, Plex is the ONLY app running on the NAS - no files are being scanned and no videos are being played. Both the NAS and PMS are totally idle…

I have similar issue and posted a month ago or so about with logs but haven’t got any response from anyone.

I updated to the latest version of PMS available (1.24.1.4931) and TOS 4.2.15. Now my CPU usage has returned to “normal” i.e. about 1-7% when idling. I guess there was something wrong with my other PMS or TOS install.
