Terramaster F2-210 is constantly getting high CPU Usage

Here recently I upgraded to the new server version listed above on my terramaster. I noticed that while watching videos in my residence that the video would sometimes pause/buffer. I checked the CPU usage and it was pegging up to 100%. Nothing is running on this server but Plex. Has anyone else seen this before?
