PMS crashed / stopped responding

Hi team,

I was out last night (of course) and I had 3 people contact me asking if my Plex server was down; I checked and sure enough it wasn’t responding. Fortunately I had someone at home that could reboot the PC which restarts PMS automatically.

It went offline between 20:55 and 20:57 18/8/18 according to the Tautulli / Plex logs.

I am hoping someone could have a look at my logs and tell me why PMS stopped working and how I can stop this from happening again (read - install watchdog type software to automatically stop and restart PMS)

can’t see logs attached to your post

Please make sure both crash reporting and debug logging are enabled
See settings / server / general / show advanced

Restart the server to get fresh logs created

On next crash, restart the server and wait 5 minutes and then download the logs
