PMS keeps hanging. requires manual restart - Help!

Hi all,

I’m looking to see if anyone can help me diagnose an issue with my pms? The server application seems to just hang and become unresponsive. All media that’s currently being played will stop to buffer then timeout and the web application will also become unresponsive, although the webpage will only give a chrome “aw snap” page when the PMS app is terminated in task manager. Once the PMS is restarted everything instantly returns to normal and will last a few days before crashing again.

I’ve had a look in the logs but i can’t seem to make much sense of the errors. Any help would be very much appreciated!
