PMS crashing on QNAP NAS

I am running PMS on QNAP TS-453A very well. But sometimes when I’m playing something from remote (not local) the server is crashing. There is notehing in the “plex media server.log” when the server is crashing. Only the Crash Dump (attached above). Can you tell me why the server is crashing sometimes?
