PMS crashing seems to be connected to qbittorrent

Server Version#: Version 1.18.1.1973
Player Version#: Version 4.10.1

PMS server has been crashing regularly that seems to be correlated to my qbittorrent upgrade to version 4.1.9.1.(though PMS I believe auto-updated around this time too) When qbittorrent is running PMS will crash, even with it closed PMS is still likely to crash when trying to play something. I downgraded to 4.1.8. but the problem did not resolve itself.

Not sure what should be my next step in trying to fix this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a copy of logs, I did just turn off verbose logging and restarted.

While I thought it had to do with qbtorrent, I rolled it back to 4.1.8 without solving the problem.
