PMS crashing seems to be connected to qbittorrent

Server not connectable when qbittorrent is running

Server Version#: 4.8.3 Player Version#: A few days ago I was randomly losing my plex service, locally and remotely. I had just updated plex so I thought for sure that was the issue, I rolled back to a previous version though and this kept happening. I finally figured out that it was qbittorrent causing the crashes.
