I’ve installed plexmediaserver_1.32.5.7349-8f4248874_amd64.deb on pop_os but it doesn’t create a desktop entry for the software. When I click on Show Applications it doesn’t show there. How can I fix this?
You installed the server package not a player/desktop package.
Interface is via Plex/web (web browser)
Linux is not like Windows or MacOS
I used to have a pms icon I could click on and it would open up the browser. It was on pop_os but I can’t remember how I did it.
Could I create a .desktop file for it and if so what would I put in it?
