Since the latest update for debian linux, whenever I run a scan for new media on movies and tv episodes on the plex web gui I’ve found that it does not load any metadata. It will match but afterwards it does not load anything, the swirling +/- does not pop up, no circle at all, etc. If, via plex web, I tell it to manually refresh metadata then nothing seems to happen. The only fix for this that I’ve found is a reboot of the server and then do ‘fix match’ on each item, and the server will then load metadata as normal. This same issue occurred yesterday and the day before. A reboot fixed it each time.
