PMS does not see NAS after changing password

Couple of issues:

Network config

Your machine has all 4 adapters plugged in and on the same subnet running as peers.
This isn’t how to do it.

Make them a bond adapter (which gives the capacity) but presents only 1 IP address and makes everything happy (including authentication)

In the Syno:

Control Panel - Network - Network Interface – Create bond and select all 4 adapters.

When its completed, the NAS will still be at your primary of 192.168.50.222.

Notify table overflow

You also have so much music indexed that you’ve overflowed the notify table (which monitors for media additions AND is needed for Dolby audio transcoding.

Here’s the procedure to use for customizing the Syno per your needs.
It’s written such that, as your media grows, you update the needed size (within reasonable limits of memory installed) and then restart the Syno to make effective

Authentication

When you changed the passwords, your PMS also needed updating (the old Plex Token was invalidated.

You have two choices but the easiest for most seems to be

  1. Uninstall the package (use the KEEP – first radio button – option to save everything)

  2. Reinstall the exact same package again – EXCEPT

  3. Click the “New or Lost servers” – Plex Claim Token install assist

  4. Click the “Get Plex Claim Token”
    – browser opens
    – New token presented
    – COPY that token to the browser
    – Return to the installer page
    – PASTE the claim-xxxxxx token into the box.
    – NEXT NEXT DONE and let it install / reclaim to your account

  5. It’ll take a few extra seconds to do this but when done, it’ll confirm it’s claimed by YourPlexUsername again

Now you should have everything
