PMS no longer showing up on Plex account/devices

Server Version#: NAS Synology 7.2.1-69057 update 4
Player Version#: plex 1.29.2.6364-6d72b0cf6

Hi,
My PMS stops working when I switched my router (airport time capsule) for ARRIS provided by my ISP.
I have tried uninstall/reinstall, also changed the permissions and all other stuff recommended in the KB, but no success. The ports 32400 are open on the new router. Looks like a permission issue

Any idea of what happens?

Use FileStation,

Navigate to PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server

Right-click LogsCompress to Logs.zip

Hi,
The issue is fixed.
Not sure how since I did several things including change the NAS name, disable DDNS because I was receiving lot of hits, then reinstall PMS using the last version for Synology DSM 7 (1.32.xx)
So I can now see the server showing up in my Plex account (new server though but does not matter)
