PMS doesn't work at all - unable to watch anything!

got the logs.
the first TV - lags while transcode to 720p, and complete impossibility to play (and I can’t resume the playback at this TV!!) after switch to direct play.
the second TV - no problems. very fast resume and no any lags!
both TV were set to send logs to PMS and those logs attached.

just to inform myself: how can I resume the playback now at the first TV?
I why the playback started with Transcode to 720p setting? that was the last movie setting or what?

fresh logs, Movie is “The Order”.
lags, pauses, playback stops, playback abort! (unfortunately before turning on log shipping), unable to continue - full house!
@dbirch need something more?

additional question: how to turn the log shipping on by default at Plex for Samsung?
