Still seeing the same database errors. Can you try playing back something using any other client and getting me the log from that? I’d like to see if other clients cause the same problem or if it is the Samsung app.
@MovieFan.Plex the single client i can use is the windows one, and the reason i use the tv is because is more convenient for me since i watch only before i go to sleep, and i noticed something, but i am not sure if that is the problem or not is that the problem, seems to be when another person is using my server and i watch on the same time and only on tv shows
Are you using the Trak.It plugin? That’s been known to mess up playback tracking.
@MovieFan.Plex no i don’t use any plugins, i only use plexpy and i though is because of that, so i stop using that for a while and there is no difference, i though then maybe HDD (as someone suggested) has a problem but is fine
Final updates regarding the problem on this thread, what i don’t understand is that how a developer cant figure out if the problem is from PMS or PM, then why so many logs why so many collection data if you can’t troubleshoot a problem ? what plex does with data they collect if they cant even identify the problem ?
i want to know how someone from pelx can figure out what is the problem when you use only 1 device ?
But hey, 3 months later i troubleshoot the problem myself, i can say that wherever advice given from Plex Employee was useless, but like i say if you cant determine from logs from where the problem is occurring then i don’t know what to say.
PS: maybe you will develop a way in the future where you can determine if the problem is caused by PMS or Plex player regarding the platform

I’m sorry we haven’t been able to resolve this issue for you. Your logs show the symptom but not the cause. We have not been able to reproduce the issue nor have there been reports from others experiencing this problem either. It could be something specific to your setup, which we can’t reproduce. This issue is still on my list of bugs, but at this point there isn’t much else we can do.
well, i am glad that you the issue is still on the list of bugs, however since last week i have used roku and all is ok, so the problem i think si from the Samsung player, and i can think that problem appear on same month or a little while after the Samsung player was released and release of PMS 1.9, anyway i left a message on Orca thread about this problem.
