PMS frequently crashing and web app slow to load content

Hi all,

I have been having two problems with PMS on my Win10 server, for a few months now.

  1. PMS crashes and needs to be restarted. This tends to happen overnight (not whilst watching content) and happens every night or every couple of nights.

  2. When using Web App, the spinning circle is present for a long time before my content shows. Generally very sluggish.

I have been too busy recently to look into these problems so have just been lazy and restarted my server, just before trying to watch anything on any client device.

I have tried to reinstall PMS, but the two problems still persist.

I have included my server logs and really hope that I can be pointed into the right direction.

All help would be most appreciated.

Server Version#:1.16.5.1554

Server 17 works a lot better than 16 did. I had the same issue with nightly crashes. Also was advised to delete my DVR recorded content so between doing both it stopped my nightly crashes, haven’t had one in 36 Days:).

Uninstalled and updated to Server 18. Seems to have done the trick :slight_smile:
