PMS keeps crashing and I can’t figure out why…there doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it. Sometimes I’ll log in and find it using a database from 1-2 months ago. If I restart PMS, it comes back fine with the correct database with everything up to date. Other times it will just crash while a movie is playing. Mid-movie it will go to spinning pause and then eventually time out. If you try to play anything it says there’s an error playing that file. I go look at PMS and it’s crashed…I restart and everything is working again.
I feel like there may be something corrupt in the database that keeps causing it to crash either on a scheduled task or something else maintenance wise. Can’t find anything in the Windows logs or the Plex logs, but admittedly, I don’t really know what I’m looking for in the Plex logs.
I downloaded logs right after the most recent crash and attached them. If anyone could point me in the right direction as far as locating the error even if you don’t know how to fix it, I’d be most appreciative. Please let me know what other info would be helpful. Thanks (2.4 MB)
