PMS in Nvidia Shield Pro not working

Server Version#: 1.31.0.6654

Same Nvidia Shield Pro for PMS and player.

Shield Plex players seems to work, as I can see other libraries that I am connected to. But I cannot see local PMS content.

Server listed as offline on all devices, Shield player says that server is not connected to the internet.

Shield is connected to internet as confirmed by playing content from other remote libraries and using other services like Netflix.

Restarted both PMS and player apps, restarted Shield, un-installed and re-installed both apps.

Still shows as offline.

Update:
I cleared data from the Plex Player, then the PMS and then the Network Attached Storage app and then restarted the Shield.

I restarted Plex, which created a new server. Everything seems to be working now.
