ase provide your logs that capture one of these crash times. I recently helped a few other users with this where the preview thumbnail generator was not working on some badly DVR’d content. If this is the case, the logs will indicate what file it was scanning when it crashed. Removing, stopping scan of that file will stop the crashes for now until we can figure out why it’s crashing.
