Plex Media Server Logs_2020-08-22_17-11-20.zip (4.4 MB)
I recently migrated my PMS back to linux/docker (Unraid) after being used on Windows for nearly a year. Of course, there were some issues initially, but anyone local (myself of a managed user) can now access the shared libraries without any problems. - However, at least one of my remote users (who was invited into the household within Plex) is unable to access anything after the migration (even after being removed and re-invited/re-added to the server).
At first, I thought it may have been a routing/firewall issue on my end, but I verified that remote access is functional and that the port mapping is correct. However, after testing that user directly from my home PC (using a chrome incognito window), I found that I was still unable to access the system (on the same network).
On Chrome, I would see (as the user) the whole “No Soup for You” page. - On mobile (official android app), you can’t even see any of the libraries or the server itself. Just the default pinned items, such as “Movies & TV on Plex”.
I also found in the console that the user is being authenticated as a guest whenever I attempt to refresh the “No Soup for You” page…
Any help would be appreciated.
