Currently on Unraid with the latest LinuxServer.io version of Plex (1.24.4.5081).
About a week ago my server would become unresponsive. Whenever I catch this I would restart my container and go about my way… but it has increased steadily…
Here are the steps I performed…
Checked my container logs. Nothing erroring out. At most I would get “libusb_int failed”; other than that it would show “Got nothing for:” and then continue to search in my Anime folder for results for files that are improperly named… I’m going to move these files off the directory here shortly…
Check the Plex Logs. I’m getting the following errors/warnings:
Unable to find client profile for device (Xbox One S)
Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 60
Caught exception trying to convert extra data attribute
I’ve rolled back the server.
I’ve rebooted Unraid.
I’ve rebooted by UDMP & Modem.
I thought that it was a Cox issue until one of my viewers says that he’s experiencing dropping/restarting on his PMS as well.
When Plex does “crash”, it would take a few minutes to come back, but everything is still playing in the background. You just can’t connect to anything new while it’s doing this…
Thoughts?

“cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate ” is a common error that occurs when your website tries to communicate with an external API via HTTPS and the SSL certificate on the server is not verified or properly configured.
If you’re using a certificate on the host, you must also add that certificate to PMS in Settings - Server - Network - Show Advanced.
Be certain to include the CA with the certificate as PMS does not accept self-signed certificates.
