Have you tried: https://github.com/ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair

Thank you for your quick reply and sorry for not responding sooner. Took me a little time to get to this. It appears the DBRepair seems to have solved my problem with PMS not responding, it also seems to have made Plex more responsive overall. Thank You again. May I ask if there was something in the log files or was this more of a generic reply to my issue?

EDIT: I may have spoken too soon after 3 hours uptime it stopped running. I will restart and leave running to see how it behaves over 24 hours. It has hung twice since my initial reply :frowning: .

Still having the same issue I need help. Is there something else I need to provide for direction to solve this issue?

Hello I have an update on my issue …. Now Solved. I had a conversation with Gemini AI and it had some very usefull suggestions on things to check. Long story short version…. I realized I had been testing my VPN and forgot to turn it back off. The Norton 360 VPN was blocking PMS web request causing PMS.exe to accumulate requests in the WaitChain as observed in the Resource Manager, when it reaches ~100 Threads PMS would hang. Turning OFF VPN solved the issue. I will look at setting up VPN Split Tunneling as a long term solution.
