PMS not available from web client

I have PMS running on a new nvidia shield pro 2019, the service is running fine. I linked the device to my account, in plex.tv/web i can see the shield under player and server as authorized devices. However i do not see the option for PMS on the shield so i can not add libraries for it.

I have pms installed on a windows 10 machine and i can see that pms fine, add content n such but not on the shield.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
