PMS not showing up on Shield

Hi there. I have been running PMS on my Nvidia Shield for a couple of years now. However since recently upgrading to the newest version i’m having constant issues accessing the Plex server locally or on app.plex.tv.

I’ve gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, reset the shield and server and it worked fine for a few day, now it is misbehaving again.

Accessing the server using the Plex app on my iPhone to play content is fine, as is if I play media off the Plex app on my Nvidia Shield.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
