PMS Not available outside your network

I started having problems a day or two ago with my PMS no longer being available outside my network. Everything works great internal, but external is broken. I’ve tried restarting my fiber modem and router, restarted my unraid server, changed the port from 32400 to 32401, verified the port forwarding on my UDM-Pro, signed out and back in of my plex server, cleared the auth into from preferences.xml and re-signed in, verified the CLAIM token is correct, cleared the CLAIM token and let it reauth, changed my password and had it log me out of all devices, disabled and re-enabled remote access, unclaimed and reclaimed the server. Nothing I’ve tried has fixed this. I see a few topics from last year where people said they had to have an employee reset a certificate of some sort. I’m wondering if that is what’s going on. AFAIK, nothing has changed on my network, my public IP is the same, and I’m not sure which direction to look at this point.

Also tried downgrading to a previous version of PMS, which did not help.

I also started to have this issue a few days ago. I get “Port stopped listening” on my monitor software. Everything seems fine inside the network but outside the network, it has trouble staying connected for more than a few hours. Sometimes every hour. It usually reconnects within 5 minutes.

Not sure if someone fixed this without replying, but today everything randomly fixed itself and started connecting again. Thank you shadow hero.
