PMS not loading on QNAP

My NAS is comletely useless at the moment as I cannot use the Plex app for all my multi media content. Please keep your technical jargon to a minimum as I am not tech savvy. I have spent hours over the past couple of week trying to find a solution to this issue. I have a QNAP TVS-682 (Firmware: 5.0.0.1986) The plex media server is version 1.23.4 I have tried deleting and reinstalling how ever I have attached IMAGE 01 and IMAGE 02 to show you what I face each time. Please help me resolve this issue as I have 15 years of multi media on my NAS and cannot access it. Thank you.

That’s kinda bad, since now you might have lost the database :frowning:

But when said, your current version is:

Above is old, so I suggest as a start, that you upgrade to latest version
