Plex is running but fails when I login

I’m running Plex server on a snap. It’s run flawlessly until today. The issue is that plex is running but when I try to login I get a failure to load screen.

I’ve tried stopping and restarting the service on my qnap and there was no improvement.

I’d appreciate any thoughts on how to remedy this.

Let’s try if updating your server to the latest public release fixes this issue (PMS 1.24.4.5081 should also be available on QNAP)

There isn’t an update available past my current installation. If I uninstall Plex then reinstall it on my qnap will the library remain intact?
