PMS not picking all TV shows - NOT a naming issue

Hi,

After having to completely reset my Nvidia Shield which was hosting my PMS, I decided to run a back up PMS on my DS918+ in addition to the one on the Shield. While the one on shield runs with no issues, I am having some problems with the one on Synology which does not see all TV shows (and sometimes some episodes within a show). I know this is not naming issues as I did a fresh install on the shield and it picked all the shows no issues. On the Synology, whatever I do, “Plex Dance”, re-scan library, nothing happens, missing shows and episodes. This is only for TV series as all is good with movies and other things.

Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like it’s possibly a folder & file permission issue, where it can’t read those files so it doesn’t scan them in

That’s it! I thought I had tried everything with respect to permissions but I noticed each subfolder within my TV shows folder had different permissions - Thanks
