PMS on my new Synology DS720+ is scanning and showing only a few subfolders and photos within a parent shared folder. All the permissions were set to ‘Read/Write’ as described in the support documentation - both at the parent folder level as well as each subfolder. The Shared Folder has 16,000+ images in around 60 subfolders but the Plex library is showing less than 100 photos altogether in only 3 subfolders. New images save in these subfolders aren’t syncing either. I’ve tried to delete and reconfigure/scan my photo library on Plex several times but this is exact same issue I encounter every time. My music and video libraries are working just fine - all the files are there and new files sync as expected. Why am I facing this issue with photos? What’s the solution?
