Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200 Docker on Unraid

Ever since updating to 1.41.2.9200 and the previous update, transcoding with my GTX 1060 does not work at all. Screenshot of the error is attached.
The only items I changed were default language and subtitle language but have since reverted those. The issue still persists.
Anyone experienced this?

I have narrowed this down to Dolby Vision content. Previously versions had no issues
Mine is transcoding something with EAC-3 audio. AAC works fine.
Same here, but on a QNAP TS-873A NAS. Downgrading Plex to 1.41.2.9134 resolved the issue.
