The PMS is displaying low quality artwork which is the same for all seasons.
I did the Plex dance but there was no change.
I believe theres a issue with TVDB. Its API recently been update to v3 from what Ive read & this is whats causing the issue with Plex. If you search the forums here for TVDB, You’ll see a few post recently about this issue with more info.
It seems that the issue has not resolved after quite some time.
Any possible workaround?
The issues at TheTVDB will only get resolved within days, not hours.

Can you confirm whether the issues at TVDB are resolved?
They should be done with it – for now.
(They still will convert to APIv3 at a later stage. I’d be surprised if that will go completely without hickups.)
I recommend you to empty out Plex’s agent cache for TheTVDB. Then ‘Refresh Metadata’ of the tv shows which were added since the issues began:
