Issue: Having problems playing media on both ROKU & web app (via Chrome). It seems that its attempting to transcode everything, whether or not ‘direct play’ is enabled. I am running the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10. The log entries below are when attempting to play a video file encoded w/ MP4/AAC. Technically, I believe that Google Chrome (w/ web client) should be able to direct play this media (on local network, same subnet as server.) Yet, it fails and reverts to transcoding, and seem to take its grand old time in the process. Everything was working great until upgrading to v1973, and then having to restore and revert back to an older version. Any ideas?
Also to note, NEWS is no longer playing on any of my clients either. I’m getting an error on my phone that states, ‘The server is not powerful enough to convert video’ which is clearly BS. Sure, its an older i5, but it supports Intel Quick Play, and it has ALWAYS worked in the past until this upgrade debacle.

UPDATE
Uninstalled EVERYTHING & reinstalled the latest version (v.1973) (with DB backup & restore) and everything is now streaming pretty well, with the exception of NEWS, which is still not streaming whatsoever. Not that big of a deal, but it sure would be nice to understand why its not working. Logging doesn’t seem to offer the solution
UPDATE 2
After letting the server settle down for a few hours, the NEWS streaming started working. So, it appears as though we are back to normal now, on the latest version.
