I have PMS installed on an Ubuntu Server (headless) virtual machine, hosted on an ESXi box I own. The VM itself doesn’t crash or show any performance issues, but PMS (which runs as a service on startup), crashes/stops responding, consistently, every 3 to 4 days. See attachments for ESXi/VM hardware and version information. I can upload logs, if needed. Anyone have suggestions on what is causing this to happen?

May I have the log files ZIP please (DEBUG logging ON, VERBOSE logging OFF – which is the default), downloaded from the server after a restart ?

Thanks but you’ve already cycled through at least 1 full rotation.
The logs keep the current and 5 most recent.
I will need to see the log captured about 2 minutes after the restart.
That will give me the chance at seeing why it went down plus what it did when it restarted.
