Ubuntu Server: PMS keeps crashing every 10-20 minutes or so

Server Version#: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Player Version#: plexmediaserver_1.17.0.1841-d42cfa161
(For more context, please view my topic on the Ubuntu forums.)
Hello, since the newest update (plexmediaserver_1.17.0.1841-d42cfa161) I have been experiencing some major issues.
According to my topic on the Ubuntu forums, I noted that for almost 2 hours, my server seemed to be ‘restarting’ itself every 10-20 minutes or so.
I should note before I go further that I am not on the same network as my PMS currently.
The server would do one of three things:

  1. Lose connection to the internet (I could only ping local IP’s despite maintaining remote SSH access)
  2. Plex would lose connection to the internet entirely, but I still could maintain SSH access and ping external IP’s with no packet loss
  3. I would lose SSH access, but I could still access Plex fine

I let it sit overnight, and in the morning I checked and everything seemed to be working fine, I watched a few episodes of a show while eating breakfast in the morning with no buffering or crashes reported.
It continued that way until about a half hour ago when it acted similarly to how it did last night. The only difference is that I can still maintain SSH access, but Plex is completely unresponsive despite the system status saying otherwise:

Oct 02 12:31:40 bubuntu systemd[1]: Started Plex Media Server.

I am at a loss for what to do here.
I pinpointed the logs for both the system (via var/log/syslog) and Plex (via /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.log).
I can provide any additional information upon request.
Thanks!

The next time Plex stops, please go and create a tar.gz of the /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs directory in its entirety and attach it.

I will look and see what the last thing it was doing at time of failure. They should point us in a general direction.

Will do!
It has been crashing all night, let me see if I can get it to do it one more time.

It crashed, but I am not too sure about posting the tar.gz file publicly, so I am going to private message you with it if that is ok.
It contains the IP addresses to both my home and uni and my personal email address.
Let me know if there is any other way to do this!
EDIT:
It says that you cannot accept file uploads, so I uploaded it here and I sent you the password.
Those who wish to see them, please DM me for the password.
