Hiya. Since the update over the weekend, Plex no longer works in my household. I have the server on a SHIELD and we stream it to a living room tv, a Playstation in the bedroom, or our phones. However, the server is no longer accessible , regardless of whether it’s on in the app or not.
The behavior is very strange, though. I have deleted the app on the SHIELD, reinstalled it, deleted the server app, reinstalled it, deleted the server, and created a new server, and it still behaves the same way.
Strangely, while managing it from the PC, I can still update and download files from the library, but I cannot PLAY anything. In fact, when I click the play button on the web player, the console shows NO activity whatsoever. I don’t know what’s going on – could someone tell me what the heck has happened and how this can be fixed? If Plex doesn’t work on the SHIELD anymore, I have wasted a lot of time trying to set this up.
It’s very weird – I can play media on the SHIELD itself, and it lists the server as running, but the phone lists it as offline, the PC lists it as online but won’t play anything.
