PMS on TerraMaster F2-420

Server Version#:1.23.3.4707

Not a typical request for help and more irritating than anything else.
I’ve installed PMS on three devices in my home to test which one is the most reliable and which one is the best when it comes to performance. The weird thing is that the PMS I installed on my NAS has suddenly stopped being accessed directly using http://nas.ip.address:32400/web/index.html#!/ and I get the following error message -

This page isn’t working

nas.ip.address didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

What’s odd is that I can access the PMS on my NAS via either of the other two servers I’ve set up. So I can alter settings and check that all the films, TV series and music have been identified correctly and fix any problems. I can also watch films and TV series or listen to songs installed on the NAS using Android apps installed on my TV, mobile phones or tablets. Has anyone got any idea what’s going on?

I was going to contact Terramaster but before I could they issued an update. Once this was install the PMS Web interface is working as normal.

That’s a Chrome error message. A common reason for that error is if Plex is configured to require SSL, but http:// is used to access the local web interface.

Thanks! I have three Plex servers on my network so I could compare the performance of the hardware. As it happened I normally accept the default setting of “Preferred” for the secure connection but for one I’d changed it to “Required” but left the others alone. Whoops!!!
