PMS says "not available outside your network" when in fact it seems to be working fine

I went through most of the list of possible conflicts in regard to port forwarding and did what was suggested in an attempt to determine if I was in double NAT and to the best of my recollection I did not see any evidence to suggest that I am.

I have, however, discovered that the port forwarding I set up in my router was not successful and I also confirmed that my stream was in fact being relayed for remote access to at least one of my servers.

I’m going to get back to the remote access issue in the near future, but right now I’m working to get a clean migration of my original server on Windows to my Synology NAS. Once I’m satisfied with the migration, or after I decide to throw in the towel and start fresh on the new server, I plan to delete the old server from my laptop and my remote access issue will be trimmed in half.
