Hi to all,
after restarting my shield, the PMS “Shield Android TV” went offline and appeared “localhost” PSM (online) which is exactly the copy of "Shield Android TV "(f.e. it’s linked to the same folder on NAS).
I tried to restart again, to remove app cache but anything changed.
Localhost works well, but i would know the reason of this issue?

Same here. Happened again just now., still offline until I can get home and reset the lot. This last PMS update seems to have borked something.
in my case, using localhost PMS seems to be ok…but WHY??? 
This has been an issue for months and months and months and months. Has there been any official feedback from Plex at all? I’ve searched the forums, which I do almost weekly and lead me to posting today.
I’ve tried clearing cache, etc.
Is it a SD card issue? Should I go with a USB key and reset everything once again?
I have an original Shield TV and a v2 and I’m awfully close to swapping to a different server. I just hope the friends I’ve raved to about PMS on Shield don’t have the issue.
This is still happening…Just had it happen to mine for the third time in 2 months…rebuilding the server seems to be the only thing that works.
Now happening every time I reboot my shield…
I have similar issue. When I try to watch a show on the Shield that is recording (on the shield also), get an error…so I reboot, then next time system comes up the server will not start. I have to reboot a second time and it comes back generally. This has been going on for months for me also. I even rebuilt the server and it didn’t go away.
So has there been no fix for this? This is happening to me too now.
